Cardio Dance Blast

Join veteran instructor Patti Pilon for a non-stop 60 minute workout that will melt away fat while boosting your dance skills like never before. Mix it up with this non-stop cardio dance class that features the best combination of popular music, both old and new. Burn fat, blast calories and improve your cardio fitness level! Come and experience our unique dance fusion class. No experience and no partner necessary.

Combo Conditioning Class

In this class you’ll alternate between fast and slow training styles to push your fat-burning and muscle-building capabilities to their limits. By starting exercises at a higher clip and tapering your speed as you go, you’ll get a steady burnout – not to mention a lean body and mean metabolism. Push your body by incorporating innovative exercises that are done with the use of free weights, BOSU balls, medicine balls and stability balls. You will burn and lengthen muscles faster and more efficiently by combining fluid movements.

Kickboxing

Join our veteran instructors as they bring you one of the most challenging and exciting fitness classes anywhere in the North Shore. What Can This Class Do For You? It gives you both inner and outer strength. Kickboxing trains you to respond mentally and physically with speed and accuracy. It provides you with confidence, self-awareness, tone and quick reflexes. Muscle Conditioning

Join our highly qualified instructors as they lead you through a butt-kicking, abs-ripping workout in a fun, high-energy group atmosphere. If you’re looking to build strength and endurance, strengthen your core, and be fit in mind and body this is a perfect class for you. Comprised of all fitness levels, this class targets core and all muscle groups using creative and effective compound exercises. The opportunity awaits to take your workouts to another level with this well-rounded 45-minute class.

Piloxing®

Piloxing® is an exciting, new inter-disciplinary program that is attracting die hard followers including Hollywood celebrities and international stars. Piloxing® uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.
